Why was I charged a late fee?

Why was I charged a late fee?

Late fees are added if:
  • The payment has been registered after the due date
  • The entire payment is missing for a purchase
  • The amount you paid is lower than the invoice amount
Good to know: If a payment is late, you will not be able to continue using Klarna until you’ve paid off your debt. Late payments might also be reported to the credit bureaus.

Have you already paid?

Check if you made the payment before the invoice due date and that you used the correct payment details. If the payment was made after the due date you need to pay the added late fee.
