Nicki joined PrettyLittleThing in January 2015 from fast fashion rival Missguided and has seen the business grow by over 600% YOY in terms of gross turnover and 300% in terms of site visitation. Nicki has been responsible for the growth of all Marketing channels including PPC, CRM, SEO, PR, Social, Affiliates and Paid Social, overseeing top line marketing plans in all markets across four core areas – Planning, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and CRM. Since joining the business, PLTs customers have increased to 5 million with Nicki helping to drive a dramatic increase in active customers and a threefold increase in website visits. Nicki has worked across the brands International expansion with launches including Ireland, Australia, France and the USA. She has also worked on opening showrooms in LA, Miami, Paris and soon to be Dubai located in the Fashion District as well as dedicated sites for the UAE and South America.
