Log in to the Merchant Portal. You must be a current Klarna payments partner.
Open the Ads Manager app in the Growth Marketing section and click “Get Started”.
Review terms and conditions and provide a billing email where invoices can be sent on the last day of each month.

Yes, all ads will go through an internal Klarna review process that will take up to 1 business day.

There are minimum CPM bids in all markets with the self-serve platform enabled. Keep in mind that higher bids enable more impressions for your ad.

For SE: Minimum bid is SEK 70 and the minimum budget is SEK 5000
For UK: Minimum bid is GBP 5 and the minimum budget is GBP 500
For US: Minimum bid is USD 7 and the minimum budget is USD 500

You can view the performance of your ad campaign directly in the Ads Manager homepage dashboard.

The Merchant portal is our one-stop shop specifically designed for your business needs. Here you can manage your daily operations such as:

To log into the Merchant portal, go to our Business login site and provide your verified email address and password. If you've forgotten the password, our password reset option will send a new temporary password to the email address you've registered with us.
