What can I do with an expired order?

If your order expires before you capture it, you can recreate the same order with a few clicks. Go to the specific order page in the Orders section, click on the Copy and create a new order button. Check if details in the new order are correct, and click on Place order / Proceed (you’ll see one of the options depending on whether your customer needs to agree to the new order first or not).

Remember to capture your newly created order once you’ve shipped the items.
