Refund processing times can vary, but there are a few things to do to make the process as smoooth as possible. We recommend following the store’s policy for returns and cancellations. Once the store has registered your return or cancellation with Klarna, your refund will be processed.
To delete a Ghost card, click on the tab titled “Shopping” in the Klarna app, then select “Ghost cards” below the search bar, and select the trash can icon in the top left corner of the page. Learn more.
