How do I log in?

To log in to your Klarna account

Open the Klarna app or go to
Private login
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases
Tap Confirm and Continue
You will receive an email with a login link or a text with a 6-digit verification code
Open the login link on the same device or insert the code into the app to log in

Good to know: The first time you log in to your Klarna account you will be required to verify both your email and phone number. Then you can choose your preferred login method.

To enable Face ID/Touch ID or a PIN code verification

Go to
Settings
Tap select Face ID/Touch ID & PIN
Toggle on Face ID/Touch ID or PIN and complete the setup steps
