How do I add or delete a card or bank account connected to my Klarna account?

To add/delete a card or bank account please follow these steps:

In the Klarna app

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Select ‘Payment methods’ in your ‘My Klarna’ settings
  3. Choose to ‘Add a card’, ‘Add a bank account’, or ‘Remove’

On Klarna.com

  • Log in to Klarna.com with the email address associated with your account
  • Select ‘Payment methods’
  • Choose to ‘Add a card’, ‘Add a bank account’, or ‘Remove’

Good to know: You’re able to have one bank account saved at a time and once it is removed you can add a new account. You are able to save multiple cards but must choose one as your primary card for payments.

Please note, you must use your bank account and routing numbers to make an online payment on your Klarna credit account.
