How do I log in?

In the Klarna app

  • Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases and we’ll email or send you a login link.

On klarna.com

  • Visit klarna.com or click here
  • Choose ‘Login’ from the top right of the page, and select ‘Private login’
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • We’ll email you a login link

Good to know: Please note, the link in your email will expire 24 hours after being sent

– Use the most up-to-date browser version
