How do I report a return or problem with my purchase through Klarna?
It's easy to report a problem! Log in to your Klarna account either online or through the Klarna app and select the purchase you wish to dispute from the “shopping” tab. From here simply choose “report a return” or “report a problem” and follow the instructions on the screen. .
