All refunds will be issued according to the store’s return policy. If the store issues refunds to the original form of payment, you can expect your refund as outlined below:
If you paid using monthly financing, the refund will be applied to your Klarna account.
If you paid with a bank account, the refund will be issued to your bank account.
If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to your card. If your card has been closed, please contact your bank regarding the refund.
If you paid with a check, the refund will be sent to you in the form of a check.
If the store’s return policy does not allow refunds to the original form of payment, for example they only allow store credit, you are still responsible for your payments to Klarna associated with that purchase.
