I have not yet received my order. What should I do?

Many stores are currently experiencing shipping delays due to increased demand. If you have not yet received your order, please contact the store from which you made your purchase for tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided by the store for the latest progress on your order’s estimated delivery.

If you have already paid for the purchase, Klarna will refund you if the store processes a return under their refund policy.

We ask you to directly contact your retailer to resolve any issues you may have on your order. If the store updates your order it will be automatically reflected in our systems. You can check the status of your statement anytime here or in your Klarna app.
