Is there a late fee for 4 interest-free installments?
It is our aim to ensure that Klarna customers have a clear overview of the payment plan with complete transparency on the installment due dates. We always send a reminder before the payment is due.
If you do miss a payment, we allow for a grace period by retrying within 10 days. A reminder during this retry period is also sent.
In the event that a payment is still not made after a 10 day grace period, a late fee of up to $7 is applied to the next installment due date. We will only ever charge one late fee per installment.
To keep you in the loop, we'll send you an email notification if your payment was unsuccessful.
