What do I do if the automatic payment fails?

If your automatic payment fails, you’ll be sent a notification via email letting you know that we will try to run the payment again. If it fails on the retry, a late fee of up to $7.00 along with the missed payment will be added to the current payment due, and we will try to collect that on the scheduled due date. We will send you another email to let you know if it was successful! You are also able to go into the app and pay the installment or pay off the entire order. Simply click My Klarna in the app then Payments, select the order and click on Payment Options.
