What happens if my purchase is for a different amount than my One-time card?

In case of a higher purchase amount

You must delete the One-time card and create a new one for the correct amount.

Good to know: Please be aware that depending on the payment option you choose when creating the card, there might be a hold placed on your payment card for each One-time card you create. This ensures that enough funds are available on your credit or debit card. Once you delete the One-time card we remove any holds placed on your card immediately. Depending on your financial institution, it might take between 1 to 7 days.

 

In case of a lower purchase amount

No worries – you’ll only be billed for what you end up using. Your payment plan will be automatically updated 14 days after purchase to reflect the amount spent. In the case that the whole amount of your purchase has already been accounted for, you can also adjust the spending amount of your One-time card in the app. Click here or log in to the app to view the spending amount and adjust your purchase amount of your One-time card.

Good to know: If you have already paid more than what you used, we will issue you a refund.
