What happens when my order has gone to Collections and what should I do?

You are welcome to pay either Klarna or the collection agency. If you choose to pay Klarna, the collection agency will be updated about any payment made to Klarna within 48 hours.
If you decide to pay the collection agency then we will be notified of this every Monday when our systems are updated.
