Why didn’t an email in my inbox with package tracking show up in the Klarna app?

This might be because the sender was not identified as an online store. We have a list containing the domain names of thousands of online stores, and compare the name of the sender in your inbox to this list to make sure that Klarna will not parse or access any private emails. Due to this added layer of security it is possible that an email containing relevant information may be overlooked. If this happens and you are missing any relevant information, let us know so that we can improve the accuracy of our service going forward, but please keep in mind that this can happen because we don’t want to risk scanning your personal emails.
