Setting up a repayment plan with Klarna
If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are struggling to pay your debts to Klarna, you may be eligible for a repayment plan. Some common reasons for seeking help include unemployment, reduced income due to illness or personal circumstances such as death of a loved one, or unexpected expenses.
To apply for a repayment plan, follow these steps:

.Select an unpaid purchase and choose 'Report a problem', then describe your financial difficulties in the text box and click on 'Continue'
Fill out the form with accurate information about your financial situation.

Klarna will review your request after you submit the form.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with details of your repayment plan and upcoming payments, which can be viewed in the Klarna app. If your request is not approved, the app will guide you to the next step.
Please note that by agreeing to a repayment plan, you will temporarily be unable to use Klarna for credit purchases until the debt is paid off.
We report financial hardship on term loans to credit bureaus, this will not have any impact on your credit score.
Repayment installments are managed directly in the Klarna app. Your repayment installment can be paid approximately 10 days before the due date. Before that time, early payments are not supported. Please be aware that missed payments may lead to referral to a debt collection agency.
