How can I request my personal data be deleted?

Your investment account first needs to be closed:
  1. 1.
Tap your Profile in the top-left of the Home screen
  2. 2.
    Navigate to Close investment account
  3. 3.
Follow the prompts to Close your positions & Complete pending orders
  4. 4.
Tap Go to Confirmation then select Close permanently
Good to know:
  • Closing your account is permanent and you won't be able to open another one.
  • We recommend waiting 30 days before submitting the account closure to allow any residual cash dividends to post to your account.
Once your investment account is closed, you can submit your data deletion request directly in the app:
  1. 1.
Tap your Profile in the top-left of the Home screen
  2. 2.
    Go to Control center
  3. 3.
    Select Security and privacy
  4. 4.
    Tap Privacy rights
