How do I install and activate my Klarna Mobile eSIM?

Tap your Profile in the top-left of the Home screen and find the Benefits section.
2.
Select Mobile plans and choose the eSIM to activate
3.
Follow the prompts to install the new Klarna Mobile eSIM on your phone

To be able to install the Klarna Mobile eSIM, you’ll need a stable WiFi connection, the latest software update, and a carrier-unlocked phone.

Not sure if your phone is unlocked?

iPhones

1.
Go to Settings and select General
2.
Select About and check Network Provider Lock

No SIM restrictions means your device is unlocked
If locked, contact your previous carrier to request an unlock

Note, for other devices, check your current contract’s T&Cs.

Good to know: Klarna Mobile eSIM only works on eSIM compatible phones.
