My porting process was declined. How can I solve this issue?

Porting can fail for several reasons. Check the app for details as it's often due to an incorrect address, port protection is still enabled by your old carrier, or the phone is carrier-locked. Identify the issue and restart the porting process through the app.
You can update your porting information in the app:

    Tap More
  2. 2.
    Navigate to Klarna mobile
  3. 3.
    Go to Settings to see which details were incorrect and resume porting with the correct information
