What is a ‘Stop request’?

Klarna will attempt to stop shipments of suspected fraudulent orders by sending you a Stop request email.
After stopping the order, you need to cancel the corresponding invoice and send confirmation by replying to our email request. If you can’t stop the order, reply with the shipping information instead.
Good to know: you must reply to the email request within 24 hours in order for Klarna to maintain risk responsibility.
