When will a customer receive the refund?
It usually takes between 2-5 business days. A customer’s refund is processed differently depending on which payment method the customer chose when making the purchase, for example:
Direct payments – the amount will be refunded to the account used at the time of the purchases
Invoices – the amount will be refunded once the invoice is cancelled if your customer has paid through the Klarna app or through klarna.com
Part payments – the amount will be deducted from the customer’s total debt or we will contact the customer for bank details
