My customers’ details are correct, but they still can’t pay with Klarna. What’s next?

Unfortunately, some customers fail the credit check and they can’t complete the purchase using Klarna.

If you believe that there is something else preventing customers from completing the purchase, ask your customers to pay with the card, or instruct them to contact our Customer service – and we’ll get it resolved ASAP!
