I haven’t received my order. What happens to my invoice?
You will usually receive invoices via email before your order arrives. Of course, you don’t need to pay the invoice until you’ve received your order. If the payment deadline is approaching and you have no information about delivery status, you should contact the merchant.
Are you expecting a delivery from Wish?
The goods are shipped from China to Switzerland, therefore the delivery takes longer than usual. You can see the expected delivery time in the Wish app under “Order History”. If some items are missing, select the goods and then click “Where is my stuff?” Find more information for delivery on wish.com.
Good to know: Contact us in the event of problems. We will then pause your invoice and postpone the payment.
