Can I change the details in my Klarna application?

During the application review process, you are allowed to change the Beneficial Owner/Director information, changing operating address, add FCA number and also correct your organization number if it’s a typo up to 2 digits.
If the organization number is completely different or the legal entity name doesn’t match with the contract you have made with sales, the application will be rejected and you will need to reapply. If the signature is missing or wrong in the contract or the wrong banking details have been provided during the onboarding, the application will not be rejected. We can require sales to remake the contract that will then be updated in the application without involving you and informing you a new contract is being made as the application will stay the same.
Bank details can be amended only if there is a typo up to 4 digits. Once the application has been approved you will be allowed to change any details, if it is the registered Admin contacting Merchant support directly.
