How do I disable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

You can disable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the Users section. Choose the user you would like to disable it for. Then select `Two-factor authentication` in the user detail view, click the toggle, and save the changes. If you are a registered user, please contact the Merchant support directly from your registered email address also providing your Merchant ID and they will be able to disable it for you.
