How do I log into the Merchant portal?

When you sign a contract with Klarna (complete your application online at Klarna.com or sign up through our Commercial sales team), your account will be created in the Merchant portal. The email address you entered in the contract will be your username. And you´ll receive a welcome email containing a one-time password to use the first time you log in.
To log in, go to the

Business login site

and provide your verified email address and password. If you’ve forgotten the password, our reset option will send a new temporary password to the email address you´ve registered with us.
