How do I register a returned order?
Orders can be updated via your e-commerce platform directly. All updates will be reflected in the Merchant portal, too. So when you refund the order in your e-commerce, that order will automatically be refunded in the Merchant portal. Please note, that the opposite does not work. Therefore, we do not recommend order management via Merchant portal.
If you handle orders in the Merchant portal only, open the Orders section and find the returned order, mark the order lines you want to refund, and click the ´Refund´ button.
