Is there a binding period for my contract?

If you signed up with us via our website (Klarna.com), the initial binding period is 12 months. Your contract will be renewed automatically one month before the binding period ends.

If you signed up with our Commercial team, the binding period will be specified in your Klarna contract. Contact your Klarna account manager with any questions.
