I’ve lost my Klarna API credentials. What should I do?
No problems at all! Go to Settings in the Merchant portal and click on +Generate new Klarna API credentials to get a new set of credentials making sure you download them this time for easy reference as only you can see the password. For security reasons, disable the old Klarna API credentials no longer in use. And don’t forget – you’ll need to update your integration with the new API credentials
