What is a merchant ID?

A merchant ID (MID) is a unique merchant identification code assigned to every merchant using Klarna. MID consists of the letter K followed by 6 digit numbers (ex. K500185).

You can find your MID on your Store information page in the Settings section of the Merchant portal. If you don’t have access to Settings or the Merchant Portal, you should be able to find your merchant ID (MID) in the subject linke of your previous email communications with Klarna, on your contract or on the on-site messaging section of the Merchant Portal.
