An administrator is a user with full access to the Merchant portal. The administrator can request bank account detail changes and other user accesses. In an application you can set more than one Administrator and every communication with Klarna will need to be made via one of the Admin registered email. We can only provide account specific information to an User if they have access to the section in Merchant Portal their query is about.
