How do I log in?

In the Klarna app

  • Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases, and we’ll email you a login link or text you a one-time passcode.

On klarna.com

  • Visit klarna.com/ie
  • Choose Login from the top right of the page, and select Private login.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • We’ll email you a login link

Good to know: The link in your email will expire 24 hours after being sent

  • Confirm that you’ve entered the correct contact details
  • Check your spam folder
  • Use the most up-to-date browser version
  • Clear your cookies
