How do I lock my account?

To lock your account, tap this link.

When locking your account:

You'll be signed out on all devices.
You’ll need to sign in again on all devices after unlocking your account.
No new transactions can be made with Klarna.
Ongoing payments are not paused.
All Klarna issued cards are frozen - but you’ll be able to unfreeze them after unlocking your account.

Good to know: You can unlock your account anytime. You will need a valid ID to unlock your account.
