How do I report a phishing or scam attempt?

How do I report a phishing or scam attempt?

If you've received an email, text message or a call from someone impersonating Klarna:

  • Do not click on any links, download attachments, or respond to the sender.
  • Do not share personal information like passwords, PINs, or account details
  • Report the fraud by submitting this form

How can I tell if something is a scam or phishing attempt?

  • The message urges you to take immediate action or threatens consequences, such as account deactivation
  • The links lead to websites that do not match Klarna's
  • The message asks for sensitive information such as one-time passwords and payment details
