How do I log in?

In the Klarna app

  • Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases and we’ll email you a login link or text you a one-time passcode.


  • Visit or click here
  • Choose ‘Login’ from the top right of the page, and select ‘Private login’
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • We’ll email you a login link

Good to know: The link in your email will expire 24 hours after being sent

Are you not receiving the login link?
We suggest you try the steps below:

– Confirm that you’ve entered the correct contact details
– Check your spam folder
– Use the most up-to-date browser version
– Clear your cookies
