Good to know: The first time you log in to your Klarna account you will be required to verify both your email and phone number. Then you can choose your preferred login method.
A passkey is a way to open the Klarna app using your device's biometric features, such as Face ID, Touch ID or face and fingerprint unlock - without the need for an SMS code.
To remove a passkey from your Klarna account:

You can create passkeys on multiple devices and they will sync automatically.
If your passkey isn't working:
Try unlocking with your face, fingerprint, or screen lock
Check that your device is updated
Still stuck? You can remove the passkey and set it up again in Klarna settings
Your biometric data (such as your face or fingerprint) stays on your device and is never shared with Klarna.
