FAQs about the Klarna app

You can view all your orders, outstanding balance and payments, by logging

the Klarna app. Once logged in, select to navigate between your purchases and payments, or Klarna Financing Account to view your payments as well as statement history.

Still unable to view your orders?
Orders made with Klarna are linked to the email address the order was placed with. If there is no existing Klarna account registered for the email used, a new Klarna account will be created for that order. So if you are not seeing a specific purchase, it is important to check that you have logged into your Klarna profile with the email address you have used at the checkout. To see what email address is connected to the order you are looking for, just check the confirmation email you received from the store. If the email address is non-existent, we recommend


Apple Pay
When you place an order by signing up with Apple ID you have the option of sharing or hiding your email address. If you chose to hide your email address when using your Apple ID a random email address will be created to keep your information private. In this case, you won’t be able to see the order in the app as it is linked to the random email address, please

with our Customer Service to change the email address on the order.

If you want to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Follow the store’s return instructions
    Returns are subject to the store’s return policy, so please check the store’s website for information on their return policy and instructions on how to make a return.

  2. Let us know you’ve returned items
    If the due date is approaching and you need extra time to solve the return with the store, just let us know that you are waiting for a return to be registered by pausing your payment plan. Pause your payment plan by

    and choosing the purchase you returned and then selecting .

  3. Save the tracking information
    If your return is not registered by the store, we can only support you if you can provide us with the package tracking information. If you have returned goods ordered online to the physical store, please keep proof of the return until it has been processed.

  4. Check My Klarna for updates
    Once the store has adjusted your Klarna invoice, we will notify you or send you an email with the new payment plan. How your refund will be processed depends on the payment method you have used. If you have any questions regarding the status of your return or refund eligibility, please contact the store directly.

Good to know: Please follow the steps above in the case of a partial return as well.
