How do I enable email notifications for new disputes?
Klarna does not send notifications to merchants for every new dispute that is raised- We ask for you to proactively access your Merchant Portal on a frequent basis and keep email exchange to a minimum (bear in mind that conversation is handled through the Disputes App directly). We only send out one reminder 3 days before the deadline if there has been no response from you. Please note that once a dispute is closed, it will not be reopened for further investigation if requested.
