How do I update my e-commerce store URL?

Contact Merchant support from your admin email address and include the following details:

– The MID (unique merchant identification assigned to every merchant using Klarna) consists of a letter followed by numbers (e.g. K963369)
– The old URL
– The new URL including e-commerce platform used

In order to process the change, please confirm the category of sales (based on what you had selected when you first applied). Make sure, that the following information is available on your new website:

– Company name
– Organisation number
– Registered company address
– Email address (a contact form is not sufficient)
– Information regarding the return policy (right to return within 14 days of delivery)
– Information about how customers should report complaints
