What are the different types of user permissions?

There are 2 types of user permissions:

Admin – these users have full access; for example, an admin can request Klarna to change bank account details and has full access to all apps in the Merchant portal.

Section-specific – users who have no admin permissions and only have access to one or more specific sections; for example, your accountant can only have access to Settlements.

User permissions determine what users can do in the Merchant portal and what they can contact our Merchant support about. So, an admin can receive information about every order and store settings, and assistance with all order and administrative changes. And a user with access only to the Settlements section can only receive assistance with settlement-specific queries. Keep in mind that if you onboard via a partner you might have limited access.
