What happens to my payouts while my new bank account details are being updated?

If we register bounced payouts with the current bank account details, we´ll immediately notify you on your settlement report. Your payouts will be temporarily suspended until new valid bank account details are updated.

If you request to change the bank account details, you can:

Continue receiving payouts to your old bank account until the new bank account details are updated
Choose to temporarily suspend payouts by contacting our Merchant support until the new bank account details are updated
