A stop request is the notification sent by Klarna if an order is deemed to be of high risk, including suspected fraud.

  • A banner will simultaneously appear on the order indicating that the goods should not be shipped. 

  • You are required to both refrain from shipping the order and to respond to Klarna’s  email, requesting information about the shipment status of the order, within 24 hours. 

Does Klarna communicate stop requests with customers?
No, we will not communicate to the customer that the order has been stopped. Customers with a rejected order will receive a declined purchase pop-up notification in the checkout.
