Klarna opens for team applications on June 12th and has adapted the recruitment process with added team-based assignments and tests. Starting with adding team based applications within marketing, Klarna states that if all goes well the fast growing Swedish fintech company might very well offer this opportunity throughout all departments, where the overall goal is to grow by 1,000 people by the end of the year.

Each team consists of maximum eight people with their own mission, vision, objectives and KPIs. “Part of the objective with the new operating model is to hire great team players with entrepreneurial spirit. Most great companies were not started by lone wolves, but by a few people with a dream to accomplish something great together. Many of the best marketers already work in strong teams, and in order to be attractive to those people we are trying out new ways of marketing ourselves”, Sandström continues.
