Klarna Group issues senior unsecured bond 2019
Klarna Bank AB (publ) has issued a 3-year senior unsecured bond in the amount of SEK 1.1 billion.
Klarna has issued a senior unsecured bond of SEK 1.1 billion with a floating rate coupon of 3 months Stibor + 1.40 percent and a final maturity in August 2022. This supports Klarna’s continued global growth.
Nordea Markets, SEB and Swedbank acted as bookrunners in the transaction.
