How do I change the card on file?
Follow these steps after logging in to your Klarna customer account:
- Click ‘Purchases’ or here
- Click on the purchase you’re requesting to change the card for
- Click ‘Change card’
Good to know: Please make sure to use the most up to date card information and that the credit/debit card does not expire within 2 months from the date of purchase to avoid payment errors.
