I have not yet received my order. What should I do?

If you have not yet received your order, please contact the store where you made your purchase for tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided by the store for the latest progress on your order’s estimated delivery.

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your goods. Log in here or in the app to dispute your order by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so, your statement will be paused until you’ve received your order. If you have already paid for the order, Klarna can only issue a refund to you once the store has processed a refund on their end.

We ask you to directly contact your retailer to resolve any issues you may have with your order. If the store updates your order, it will be automatically reflected in our systems. You can check the status of your statement anytime here or in your Klarna app.
