How do I change my name?

   Go to your profile and navigate to Account info and address

   Tap Legal name

   If you see the option to update your name, proceed with the change. If not, you can either contact our Customer Service team (having a government-issued ID ready), or submit your request using the form (How can I exercise my privacy rights?) to update your name on your Klarna account.

What happens next? It will take 48 hours for your name change to update on your Klarna account. Keep in mind, changes to your name will not be reflected on purchases you’ve previously placed.
