Why do I need to contact you from a registered E-Mail address?

This routine exists to ensure that we don’t apply changes or give away sensitive information concerning your e-store to unauthorized personnel. We want to maintain the security and integrity in our communication with merchants, which we believe is of mutual benefit. You can of course add other users to your Sofort-Admin as well. Please open the tab “Contact person” under “My account” and chose “Add new contact person”.

Please fill in the email address and the name of the additional contact person.
