If you have entered your login details incorrectly twice, you will receive a message that a third attempt will not be possible for your own security. Otherwise, there might be the risk that your online banking will be blocked. In this case, we ask you to try again later. A new attempt will be displayed in the error message.

You will receive a confirmation code (TAN) from your bank. Please make sure that you can receive confirmation codes from your bank before you start the direct banking payment process. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about your TAN procedure.
